We offer personal training, group fitness classes, kinesiology sessions pre and post natal training, nutrition coaching, and so much more!

Motivative Fitness has been a dream of mine since the first year of my undergraduate degree, at Camosun College.
As a Kinesiologist, my goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle while creating a safe and comfortable environment for clients. I am a BCAK practicing Kinesiologist, a nutritionist registered with Precision Nutrition, and a Bachelors of Sport Fitness Leadership graduate. I work with my clients in person and online to create personalized fitness plans to help them feel confident and capable of meeting their individual fitness and health goals.

Nice to meet you! My name is Lilly. I am a certified personal trainer with a specialization in pre and post natal fitness. With 17 years of personal experience, 2 kids of my own, and a passion for all things related to birth and babies, I offer a unique perspective and skill set to my clients.
I know that exercise can be a joyful experience, and that’s why I always strive to make my sessions fun, and engaging. I combine my personal experience with evidence-based research to provide a safe, and effective workout plan.

Hi there! My name is Emily, I am a certified personal trainer through NASM and a third year Kinesiology student at Camosun College.

I pursued this career to have the opportunity to help others improve their quality of life and find a way to make staying active enjoyable.
Fitness is something I turn to for not only physical, but mental health and has become one of the most important things in my life. I’m very passionate about helping others by setting attainable goals and building a plan that is tailored to you individually.
