"I've had Jessica as my trainer for over a year now. IÂ have lifted weights for the majority of my adult life. What I like most about Jessica is that she is very knowledgable on form and technique and is not afraid to correct you if you are lifting incorrectly, even if its something minor. I really like this as it prevents injury. also, if your are injured, she is more than willing to tweak your program so that you don't further injure yourself. She is fun, enthusiastic and provide you with an excellent workout"
